At a Reval market fair, Mihkel watches eight men settle a game of rock, paper, and scissors, and quietly writes every throw into his notebook. The game is over, the coins are spent — but a question stays with him: had he stood in the first place on that board, knowing every hand that was thrown, which three throws would have carried him through?
On the input tape, you’ll get 8 players in a single-elimination Rock Paper Scissors tournament. Each player is a sealed strategy: a string of 3 throws, one throw for each round they might survive.
You play as the 1st player. Your goal is to develop a strategy that helps you win the entire tournament.
