Quest 23: Unary Divisibility

Evening mist settles over Dorpat as Johann arrives at Mihkel’s workshop in quiet distress. He needs to know whether his bundle of candles can be divided evenly among 23 guests. Mihkel turns to the Logic Mill to test the numbers.

On the input tape, you’ll get two numbers in the unary format. Your task is to check if the first number is divisible by the second number.
